More than 70 school leaders and those aspiring to the role took a week off this summer to become more authentic site leaders at the 2026 Summer Leadership Institute.
Participants lived, learned, laughed together for five days at the University of La Verne, where they could focus on building connections and skills to make them more effective in their roles. They were placed in groups led by experienced Team Leaders who helped them go deeper on the day’s learning.
With a theme of “Authentic Leadership,” each day featured a new speaker and new focus to help attendees define their unique leadership style.
