ACSA continues to support members while temporarily closing offices
March 23, 2020
With an abundance of caution, ACSA is temporarily closing all three offices.
“We have a responsibility to our staff to protect them from the transmission of COVID-19 while also continuing to serve and support our members,” said ACSA Executive Director Wes Smith. “Moving forward, we believe this is a good way to mitigate some of the person-to-person contact that our staff has with each other, our members and the general public.”
During the office closure, ACSA staff will execute essential functions remotely. Members will continue to receive EdCal and Leadership magazine, as well as email and social media correspondence from the association. ACSA’s Governmental Relations Department will continue to work with lawmakers to advocate for district and student support related to the COVD-19 pandemic. Our Member Services and Legal Support Team will continue providing their services remotely. We are even developing virtual learning opportunities.
