ACSA Legislative Lunch Break honored

ACSA was honored with a communications award from the California School Public Relations Association for the live and interactive ACSA Legislative Lunch Break.
ACSA Senior Director of Policy and Governmental Relations Edgar Zazueta, Ed.D, and ACSA Senior Director of Marketing and Communications Naj Alikhan accepted the Award of Merit for Multimedia/Visual Communication at the CalSPRA Conference March 10. The ACSA Legislative Lunch Break has broadcast 75 times on ACSA Facebook and ACSA YouTube since launching in May 2020.
“The ACSA Legislative Lunch Break has delivered valuable and timely information and conversation for educators and spearheaded collaboration between our members and lawmakers,” said ACSA President Charlie Hoffman. “This recognition is a testament to ACSA’s leadership throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and how we’ve embraced new technologies to support educators at all levels.”
