If you visited ACSA’s website lately, you may have noticed that it looks a little different.
With streamlined menus, dynamic elements, and innovative features, acsa.org has been relaunched on a new platform with significant upgrades. The site is now fully responsive, so users can access it easily on desktop or mobile devices. Each page has been designed to balance form and function, showcasing everything ACSA has to offer.
This accomplishment reflects the collaboration and leadership of ACSA’s Marketing and Communications and Information Technology teams, who worked to address long-standing challenges while improving accessibility, functionality, and overall user experience. The result is a website that better reflects who ACSA is today and supports where the association is headed.
“This launch represents more than an updated look,” said ACSA Executive Director Dr. Edgar Zazueta. “Our website is the primary way members, partners, and the public experience ACSA’s mission and work. Investing in a stronger, more accessible platform is an investment in ourselves so we can continue serving our members at the highest level.”
Staff began by assessing the major pain points of its previous site, ensuring that each would be addressed. These included a need for privacy and accessibility compliance, a non-mobile-friendly design, and a dependence on external vendors.
“Our strategy was to address our most pressing concerns quickly and effectively, while ensuring that the project aligned with ACSA’s broader organizational goals,” said Senior Director of Marketing and Communications Naj Alikhan. “We’re proud to offer the organization a tool that can grow and improve as our needs change, providing an affordable and flexible long-term solution.”
The new site was built by MarCom staff, with technical, hosting, and security support from IT, and will continue to be managed and updated by the ACSA web team. Internal stakeholders worked with MarCom to review and update content.
Features include association updates, conference slideshows, a visual showcase of ACSA regions, and articles on topics relevant to members and customers.
