Classified leaders from throughout the state gathered in Los Angeles recently for the 2025 Classified Educational Leaders Institute — “Adapt and Innovate in 2025.”
Attendees gained strategies for being more successful in their roles, which are crucial to school operations, such as business, HR, administrative assistants, nutrition, maintenance and more.
Keynote speaker Diane Allen empowered attendees to enter their “flow state” to tap into their genius and love what they do.
ACSA Classified Educational Leaders Institute planning Committee Chair Antonio Romayor, Jr., said the conference was a complete success.
“With record breaking attendance of over 180 registered attendees and strong sponsorship support, attendees enjoyed the informative and engaging keynotes and presentations,” he said. “Attendees invested their time learning more about AI, unique workforce needs, self-care strategies, and so much more.”
Romayor, who also serves as chief operations officer with Imperial COE, invited all classified leaders — members and non-members — to attend and consider presenting at next year’s institute.
“See you in 2026!” he said.
