More than 160 classified leaders from throughout California converged on Sacramento May 17-19 for ACSA’s annual Classified Educational Leaders Institute: “Collaborate. Energize. Lead. Leveraging Human Capital.”
The conference brought together school leaders from a broad cross-section of specialties who learned about empowering classified employees, confronting ransomware attacks, the art of difficult conversations, resiliency, and many other topics.
Attendees also heard a welcome presentation from Terilyn Finders from Fagen Friedman & Fulfrost LLP. The closing keynotes, the Brian and Avery Experience, shared the importance of relationships to an organization’s success.
