Mathys Joseph is living proof that strength is built through adversity. Born in French Guiana, Mathys moved to the United States after his freshman year of high school. At College Park High, he faced housing instability and separation from his family, but he never lost focus. He found strength in basketball and eventually earned the honor of team captain. Known for his humility and leadership, Mathys led both on and off the court, earning deep respect from coaches and classmates. Mathys graduated this spring and will continue his education and basketball career at Los Medanos College.
