Women leaders — it’s time to come together to elevate one another at the 2024 Women in School Leadership Forum.
ACSA’s signature event for empowering female education leaders is back. If you’ve never been, make this the year you will advance your leadership and career by experiencing this conference.
This year’s theme, “Empower and Elevate: Authentic Women Leaders in a Changing World,” acknowledges women’s ability to uplift their schools and each other through their transformational leadership.
The Women in School Leadership Forum is the ideal place to form and grow your network, which is essential for female leaders to reach their career goals. This intimate gathering of 300 attendees will provide plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow leaders. You

- Unwind Without Wine: Reframing Coping Strategies for Women Leaders in Education
Stanford-trained neuroscientist and leadership coach Irene Salter will provide a keynote address on five steps to creating your authentic leadership style. A panel discussion will explore leadership through a woman’s lens. Attendees will also celebrate the 2024 Exemplary Woman in Education Award winner, which is scheduled to be announced in August.

This year’s conference will be held at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad.
