1. K-12 Site Administrators Leadership Network
This new networking series is sponsored by the ACSA Elementary, Middle Grades and Secondary Education Councils in collaboration the National Associations of Elementary and Secondary School Principals (NAESP & NASSP). Each session will feature an essential leadership priority based upon statewide input from school site leaders. Breakout rooms will be available for grade span specific focus. Lots of practical strategies and resources will be shared. Join us for the opportunity to learn from and network with colleagues around the state.

2. Registration now open for Negotiators Symposium
Having a well-trained and informed negotiation team provides the framework upon which school change and student academic success is built. This event is particularly useful when the whole district negotiating team attends and works on their skills together.

3. Join Superintendents Symposium in Monterey
This annual event brings school leaders from around the state together for an invaluable 2.5 days of professional learning, networking and advocacy. This is the best time to look at the governor’s budget and for superintendents to get together to review the state-of-the-state and the state-of-the-district.

4. Clear Administrative Credential Program
There’s still time to clear your credential through ACSA! Late hires in their first administrative position are able to join the Winter Cohort of ACSA’s Clear Administrative Credential Program, the largest provider of coaching, professional development and assessment for attaining the Clear Administrative Services Credential.

5. HR Bootcamp: Surviving the First Year
This workshop is designed for administrators, classified managers and other support staff who are new to Human Resources or interested in learning about the role and function of the Human Resources Department.
