1. ACSA Leadership Coaching in October
Be the one who helps them lead. ACSA Leadership Coaching will teach you how to evoke greatness in others using the Evocative Coaching model. This online training is open to any school leader responsible for growing the capacity of others, as well as experienced administrators who want to coach candidates in ACSA’s Clear Administrative Credential Program.

2. Black Women in Leadership networking event
ACSA is hosting an informative networking event for Black women education leaders and allies. “Black Women in Leadership: Navigating a slippery slope to the top” will discuss what research says about the right way and the fastest way Black women can get to the top.

3. HR Bootcamp: Surviving the First Year
This workshop is designed for administrators, classified managers and other support staff who are new to Human Resources or interested in learning about the role and function of the Human Resources Department. Participants will benefit from this comprehensive overview of the myriad tasks and responsibilities of the Human Resources Office.

4. ECC Keynote: Jeff Duncan-Andrade
An author and CSU professor of ethnic studies, Jeff Duncan-Andrade co-founded a community school where even the youngest students learn about social justice and civic responsibility. Hear how he is “Championing Possibilities” for youth at ACSA’s Every Child Counts Symposium.

5. Register now for Superintendents Symposium
This annual event brings school leaders from around the state together for an invaluable two days of professional learning, networking and advocacy. This is the best time to look at the governor’s budget and for superintendents to get together to review the state-of-the-state and the state-of-the-district.
