1. AAPI networking event
ACSA will host an AAPI Networking Event to establish community, encourage mentorship, and cultivate the voice and cultures of Asian Americans, East Indian and Pacific Islander education leaders. Allies are also welcome at this meet and greet. There will also be a prize raffle (must be present to win).

2. Director of Maintenance and Operations Certificate
ACSA has partnered with Total School Solutions to offer a Director of Maintenance and Operations Certificate Academy. Learn best practices for school districts in the areas of maintenance, construction, financial management, budgeting, planning and other areas pertinent to a successful maintenance and operations director in this 10-month program.

3. Principals Academy (Sacramento)
Know a teacher who is thinking of becoming a principal? ACSA’s Principals Academy is for new or aspiring principals and is designed to build the capacity of the next generation of principals to become transformational leaders who can identify critical paradigm shifts, create a guiding and unifying vision through inspiration, and execute essential change with site staff.
When: Academy starts Oct. 23, 2020

4. CORE’s Online Elementary Reading Academy
CORE’s Online Elementary Reading Academy takes the best of CORE’s Teaching Reading Sourcebook, and Assessing Reading: Multiple Measures, and packages that content into an online, asynchronous, seven-module professional development course that can be completed at your own pace over seven to 12 weeks.
