1. Dare to Lead training in Santa Rosa
This in-person, 2.5-day leadership training will explore Brené Brown’s blueprint for creating lives and leadership practices that are daring. Each session is highly interactive with breakout rooms, special videos of Brené Brown sharing the concepts of the curriculum; a Dare to Lead™ workbook that contains reflections and activities, and more. Participants who complete the series will receive an official Dare to Lead™ LinkedIn badge to add to their profile and a Certificate of Completion.

2. Negotiators’ Symposium held in San Diego
Negotiators Symposium brings HR professionals together to help them stay informed on ever-changing employment legislation, network with colleagues, and provide a forum for exchanging information on trends and ideas used in HR management today.

3. Clear Administrative Credential Program
Make sure new administrators know there’s still time to clear their credential through ACSA! Late hires in their first administrative position are able to join the Winter Cohort of ACSA’s Clear Administrative Credential Program.

4. Master Schedule training offered in February/March
This one-day in-person workshop will provide the necessary basics for building a master schedule, including identification of essential “non-negotiable” components, realistic and necessary timelines, a step-by-step, practical method for creating a schedule that provides course selection equity, and interactive activities designed for you to practice scheduling concepts with real numbers.

5. K-12 Site Administrators Leadership Network
This online networking series sponsored by the ACSA Elementary, Middle Grades and Secondary Education Councils in collaboration NAESP & NASSP will feature an essential leadership priority based upon statewide input from school site leaders. Learn practical strategies and resources while networking with colleagues from throughout the state.
