1. Home and Hospital Instruction workshop
All districts are required to offer this program, but how does one ensure it is compliant, well-thought out and implemented, and supporting the needs of students? This virtual workshop will provide attendees with legal mandates, step-by-step program implementation, and a sample handbook, applications, and documents.

2. Teachers/staff welcome to attend Lead With Pride
Do you have teachers and staff at your sites that may be interested in learning more about creating safe spaces for LGBTQ+ youth in schools? Let them know about ACSA’s Lead With Pride Summit and have them use the code “ASSOCIATE” to get $200 off their registration fees.

3. Just announced: Master schedule training online
There are three remaining opportunities to learn how to build a master schedule, including a three-part online workshop that has just been added. Learn to identify the essential “non-negotiable” components, realistic and necessary timelines and a step-by-step, practical method for creating a schedule that provides course selection equity.

4. Coast2Coast scheduled for April in Washington, D.C.
Join ACSA and the California School Boards Association for the third annual Coast2Coast Federal Advocacy Trip to Washington, D.C., where school and county board members and superintendents will shine a light on the issues affecting the state’s nearly 6 million students.

5. Baila Conmigo: Mentoring Latina School Leaders
This four-part virtual workshop will highlight chapters from the book, “Baila Conmigo: Mentoring Latinas as School Leaders.” The sessions will provide participants strategies for mentoring, coaching and advancing Latina leadership.
