3. Enlist in HR Boot camp
Participants in this three-part workshop will benefit from a comprehensive overview of the myriad of tasks and responsibilities of the HR office. Attendees will receive a detailed calendar of events, procedures related to HR and a Human Resources Self-assessment Instrument.

4. The Role of the Executive Assistant (NEW)
This two-part virtual workshop is designed for aspiring, new and veteran executive assistants in school administration, equipping them with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively support the office of the superintendent, school board and other cabinet-level positions. This workshop will give you the opportunity to network and meet with other EA professionals in the state of California.
