2. The Five Ws of PRAs
Learn to navigate the CA Public Records Act from an experienced education law attorney. Learn what the PRA is, which records are (and are not) public, who can make a request, when you need to comply and where to look for records. Get helpful tips to train and remind staff on best practices.

4. Tell future leaders about ACSA’s prelim program
Know someone who’s ready to lead? Let them know ACSA is now accepting applications for the Fall 2024 cohort of Leadership Institute, which is offered in partnership with Sacramento County Office of Education. Aspiring leaders can get more information on ACSA’s Preliminary Administrative Services Credential program during an upcoming information session.
