1. The Five Ws of PRAs
Learn to navigate the CA Public Records Act from an experienced education law attorney. Learn what the PRA is, which records are (and are not) public, who can make a request, when you need to comply and where to look for records. Get helpful tips to train and remind staff on best practices to ensure that public records don’t contain information that shouldn’t be disclosed.

2. Master schedule training available in person + online
There are two remaining opportunities to learn how to build a master schedule. These workshops are designed for you to practice scheduling concepts with real numbers. Learn to identify the essential “non-negotiable” components and realistic and necessary timelines for creating a schedule that provides course selection equity

3. Home and Hospital Instruction workshop
This virtual workshop provides the nuts and bolts for effective implementation of a Home and Hospital Instruction program. All districts are required to offer this program, but how does one ensure it is compliant, well-thought out and implemented, and supporting the needs of students? Attendees will receive step-by-step program guidelines and sample handbook, applications and documents.
When: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. March 6
