5. ACSA-AASA academy to support future female supts
ACSA and AASA, the School Superintendents Association, are offering a cohort-based leadership development program designed for women educational leaders who are considering or actively pursuing the superintendency. Launches fall 2026 with six, multi-day, in-person convenings throughout the 2026-27 school year and ongoing virtual coaching/support in between.
