1. Registration now open for clear credential program
Registration for the fall cohort of ACSA’s Clear Administrative Credential Program is now open. This induction program is grounded in the California Professional Standards for Education Leaders and provides individualized, one-on-one, job-embedded coaching over the course of the two-year program. Candidates enroll within one year of starting an initial administrative position, with coaching services starting within 30 days of enrollment.

2. Free mental and financial wellness session
More and more educators are thinking about retiring early but don’t have a plan. Take time out of your day to discuss some of the key topics and strategies to maximize your future self. Presented by three retired or retiring superintendents, this session will help you step back and look at your priorities, your health, your family and your financial wellness to become financially independent.

3. Last chance to attend Lead With Pride
Be a part of ACSA’s first Lead With Pride Summit. This conference for LGBTQIA+ school leaders and collaborators has the goal of empowering California administrators to create safe and affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ students and staff.
When: May 4-6, 2022

4. Preliminary credential program
Help the next generation of school leaders begin their journey at Leadership Institute, ACSA’s Preliminary Administrative Services Credential program. Download the Leadership Institute flier online and send it to a teacher leader who may be interested in the next steps to becoming an administrator. Eligibility requirements and application are also online. Deadline to apply is April 29, 2022.
When: Fall 2022 cohort begins in August 2022

5. Title IX Compliance Training
ACSA has partnered with F3 Law for a new training that will address required components under the new Title IX rules. All Title IX Team Members are encouraged to attend, including Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, and Decisionmakers.
