1. Registration for 2022 Leadership Summit is open
Join ACSA for the premier professional development event for school leaders. Guided by the theme “Ignited, Energized & United: Equitable Leaders Equipped to Serve,” all levels of school administration will gather to share practices and celebrate the profession. Submit your proposal to present at this conference by filling out the online form by June 30.

2. Need to clear to clear your credential?
Registration for the fall cohort of ACSA’s Clear Administrative Credential Program is now open. This induction program is grounded in the California Professional Standards for Education Leaders and provides individualized, one-on-one, job-embedded coaching over the course of the two-year program. Candidates enroll within one year of starting an initial administrative position, with coaching services starting within 30 days of program enrollment.

ACSA’s Women in School Leadership Forum is scheduled to return Sept. 21-23, 2022 in San Diego. Don’t miss out on this networking and educational experience designed to engage, enlighten, empower and connect women education leaders.

4. Save the Date: Personnel Institute
At ACSA’s Personnel Institute, the workshops, seminars and presentations will empower HR staff — whether veterans or newcomers to the world of HR — to discover new ideas, stay up-to-date on the latest research and legal issues, and learn new concepts and ideas for future implementation in the HR office or the district. 5. New Superintendents Seminar Series
ACSA’s New Superintendents Seminar Series is the only Professional Development Series that is specifically designed for the first- and second-year superintendent. NSSS allows new superintendents to tackle current issues in a confidential and supportive setting with the guidance of experienced, successful superintendents throughout the school year. Topics covered include negotiations, governance and personnel issues. Stay tuned for more information on the 2022-23 series soon.
