5. Title IX compliance training
With a federal district court recently vacating the 2024 Title IX regulations, school districts need to transition back to grievance procedures in the 2020 Title IX regulations. Jacqueline Litra, a partner with F3 Law, will present a four-hour session covering the required procedures.
