HR and negotiating teams to assemble at symposium
May 12, 2025
The world of HR and bargaining is changing constantly. Make sure you are up-to-date by attending ACSA’s 2025 Personnel & Negotiations Symposium.
Administrators in HR/personnel and those serving on negotiations teams will want to make plans to attend this annual gathering where they can connect with peers from across the state and exchange ideas, share challenges, and build meaningful relationships in a collaborative HR community.
Last year, two annual conferences — the Negotiator’s Symposium and Personnel Institute — were combined into one event, giving attendees an opportunity to learn about both topics at a single conference.
At this professional learning event, attendees will find:
Expert advice: Engage in hands-on workshops led by seasoned practitioners, consultants and attorneys — designed to build practical skills and expand your HR knowledge base.
Up-to-date information: Get the latest information on state legislation that impacts school employees and bargaining. Discuss real-life scenarios from the field and how districts are navigating them.
Variety of topics: From creative hiring strategies to trends at the negotiating table, attendees will find a broad range of learning topics to support them in their roles.
Networking: This conference is an unparalleled opportunity to meet peers from throughout the state to share knowledge and strengthen your network.
For more information on how to be a presenter at this conference, as well as how to make a nomination for the two awards that will presented during this conference, see below. Be sure to register now for the only conference for school administrators in human resources and negotiations — you won’t want to miss it.
