Emily Esfahani Smith

Rick Rigsby
An internationally acclaimed speaker and author, Dr. Rick Rigsby inspires audiences to live better lives and reach their full potential.
More than 300 million people globally have viewed his speech in the viral video “Lessons from a Third Grade Dropout.” His book of the same name, which has become a Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Amazon best-seller, illustrates how living out the simple lessons of “the wisest person he ever met” — his father — will transform individuals to be better people and greater leaders.

Eric Sheninger
An innovative leader, best-selling author and sought-after speaker, Eric Sheninger’s work focuses on leading and learning in the digital age.
Sheninger is currently an Associate Partner with the International Center for Leadership in Education and was formerly the principal at New Milford High School in New Jersey. Under his leadership, his school became a globally recognized model for innovative practices.
His experiences led to the formation of the Pillars of Digital Leadership, a framework for all educators to initiate sustainable change to transform school cultures.
