Emanuel Reyes has transformed his life from a path filled with darkness and danger to one of purpose and growth. Despite a troubled upbringing surrounded by drugs and violence, “Rey” discovered his love for boxing and found solace in the ring. Through self-reflection and sheer determination, he has embraced his new life and now serves as a mentor for others. He credits his younger sister, Evelyn, for motivating him to get his life together. Rey plans to attend American River College in the fall and hopes to pursue a professional career in boxing.
