On June 19 and 20, ACSA Region 4 held its annual Administrator of the Year and Leadership Workshop at the Fountain Court of the Napa Valley Embassy Suites. With 120 educators, family members and friends in attendance, the event began with an evening reception followed by a buffet dinner. Guest speaker Kevin Bracy presented on the importance of courageous leadership as well as the generational impact that educators have on the students that they serve. ACSA Executive Director Wes Smith, along with Region 4 President Lisette Estrella Henderson and President Elect Gina Lynch, presented certificates and crystal ACSA paperweights to each of the ACSA Region 4 Administrators of the Year. The next day Smith, with the assistance of former ACSA President Lillie Campbell, swore in the 2019-20 Region 4 Executive Board.
