ACSA Region 7 San Joaquin Charter held its first in-person event of the year June 2 at the Boat-house Restaurant in Lathrop. The charter celebrated the end of the year with guest speaker Dr. Troy Brown. Bob Lee, former state ACSA president, swore in their new officers for 2021.
