Region 6 held its Leadership Retreat on Aug. 2-3 at The Waterfront Hotel in Oakland’s Jack London Square. The morning was spent developing the region’s Strategic Plan focus for year two. ACSA Chief Operations Officer Scarlett Vanyi joined the retreat, which also included networking/social time on Friday evening. Region 6 leaders learned ACSA 101 including information and resources for state, region and charter operations. They also spent time on the 2019-20 AOY Program, which has the theme “Celebrating Bold and Courageous Leadership.”
