Every member represents a leader who has chosen to invest in their own professional growth, their colleagues, and the future of educational leadership in California.

That’s why membership growth is about much more than numbers, it’s about strengthening the community that supports school leaders every day.

This year, we’re proud to celebrate the remarkable efforts of our regions and volunteer leaders who worked tirelessly to recruit new members, welcome emerging leaders, and share the value of belonging to ACSA.

Because of those collective efforts, ACSA closed the fiscal year with 19,123 active members, a net increase of 392 members over the previous year. Nine of our 19 regions achieved the statewide 2 percent membership growth incentive, an impressive accomplishment in a year marked by changing district priorities, budget pressures, and an evolving educational landscape.
