The COVID-19 Operations Written Report template developed by the California Department of Education has been posted on the CDE’s Local Control and Accountability Plan webpage under the heading “Other Planning Templates.” Guidance for developing the Written Report is posted directly under the Written Report template. Please note: Local educational agencies are not required to use the COVID-19 Written Report template developed by the CDE.
