During the ongoing campus closure, general education students from San Benito High School’s Circle of Friends club are creating and posting Google Classroom cards to their peers with developmental disabilities. The cards have been printed out and delivered by the students, who are also delivering meals to special education students each weekday. Circle of Friends pairs students with developmental disabilities with non-disabled peers to make a connection, practice social skills in a natural environment and raise awareness and acceptance of others on campus.
