“So How Are the Adults: Methods and Insights to Reduce Teacher Burnout and Increase Retention” brought together school leaders to learn ways to support thriving workplaces for educators.

Guest speaker Nathan Eklund from Vital Networks shared insights for leaders followed by a panel discussion. Panelists included ACSA member Ron Carruth, superintendent at El Dorado Union HS District; Nathan Eklund of Vital Networks; Lisa Lema, teacher induction consultant at Stanislaus County Office of Education; and Michele Badovinac, director of IMPACT at San Joaquin County Office of Education.
