State ESS winners announced for each region
Students will be featured in series of video interviews
May 17, 2021
Each year, ACSA’s Every Student Succeeding Program recognizes 19 pre-K-adult students, one from each region, for overcoming the odds and achieving success with support from the passionate educators in their lives.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of ESS, established in 1996 to honor students throughout the state who continue to inspire us with their stories of courage, strength and optimism in the face of adversity.
The 2021 student recipients will be honored in the coming months with a series of video interviews and feature articles, leading up to a November awards ceremony during the 2021 Leadership Summit. Watch for their stories on ACSA’s Facebook page (facebook.com/acsafans) and YouTube channel (youtube.com/acsaorg), as well as in EdCal, beginning June 14.
ACSA sincerely congratulates all the 2021 student recipients at the charter, region and state levels and is proud to honor their achievements, resilience and bravery.
