The nonprofit organization Shoes That Fit, in partnership with Kellanova and Stater Bros. Charities, gave away over 600 new athletic shoes to students at Franklin Elementary School in Redlands USD on March 21.

Additional pairs were left for students who joined Franklin after the deadline of submitting shoe sizes.

Shoes That Fit’s mission is to tackle one of the most visible signs of poverty in America by giving children in need new athletic shoes to attend school with dignity and joy, prepared to learn, play, and thrive.
