ACSA Senior Director of Information Technology Tony Baldwin has retired from ACSA effective July 31, 2021.
As a valued member of the management team, Baldwin led ACSA’s IT team for nearly six years, helping to achieve many accomplishments during his tenure at ACSA. His work touched every department and his efforts laid the groundwork for ACSA’s continuous technology growth for years to come. ACSA wishes him the best in retirement.
Tracy Robinson, Ed. D., is ACSA’s next Senior Director of Educational Services. ACSA announced Robinson’s promotion in April 2021 following the departure of Margaret Arthofer in 2020. Robinson is an educational leader passionate about education, equity and excellence. She first joined ACSA in 2017 as Educational Services Executive and director of the largest clear administrative credential program in California with oversight of a coaching network and coach training.
In her new role, Robinson is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive vision for the association’s educational programming for current and aspiring administrators. She leads ACSA’s Educational Services team in creating pathways that link all professional development programs including conferences, academies, online learning, credentialing, seminars and workshops.
“I am grateful to have the opportunity to serve members by providing professional development opportunities that impact lives,” she said.
Prior to ACSA, she served as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Educator Effectiveness for the Solano County Office of Education and a site administrator in Placer County where she led two schools to be recognized as California distinguished schools and coached with the Placer County Office of Education and the Sacramento County Office of Education.
Robinson received her doctorate in organizational leadership at Brandman University with research focused on principal licensure, leadership coaching and technology leadership measured by the International Society for Technology in Education Standards. She received her master’s degree and administrative services credential from California State University Sacramento with an emphasis on Urban Leadership and her Bachelor of Arts and teaching credentials from the University of California, Davis. She began her career as a teacher in the district she attended as a student, Sacramento City Unified School District, and developed her interest in adult learning as a literacy coach and science mentor. In her spare time, Robinson travels to Arizona to visit her youngest daughter and samples pastry designed by her eldest daughter.
