After almost 15 years with the association, Senior Director of Equity and Diversity Adonai Mack has announced he will be leaving ACSA to assume the role of Senior Director of Advocacy with Children Now. Mack’s tenure at ACSA has included serving as a legislative advocate, leading ACSA’s political action committee work, being the point person on federal advocacy, and advancing efforts to genuinely promote and grow equity and inclusion efforts. ACSA congratulates Mack on this new chapter and has tremendous gratitude for his contributions to the association and its members.

ACSA has announced that Iván Carrillo will be returning to the association in a new capacity as the next Senior Director of Policy and Governmental Relations. Carrillo served as a legislative advocate on ACSA’s Governmental Relations team for more than five years before joining the advocacy team at Capitol Advisors Group in fall 2021. ACSA is looking forward to welcoming him back and benefiting from the passion and dedication he brings to furthering ACSA’s mission. Carrillo is scheduled to start his new position on June 27.
