Fruitvale School District has made the following changes in administrative positions: Leslie Garrison to District Special Programs Administrator (former Principal of Fruitvale Jr. High); Erick Rouanzoin to Principal Fruitvale Jr. High (former VP of Fruitvale Jr. High); Megan Gragg to VP of Fruitvale Jr. High (former teacher); Danyel Kelly is retiring as Principal of Discovery Elementary; Eva Morales to Principal of Discovery Elementary (former VP of Discovery Elementary); and Kevin Jackson to VP of Discovery Elementary (former teacher).
Cypress School District Superintendent Anne Silavs is pleased to announce administrative changes in the Cypress School District. Vanessa DeSantis has been named principal at A.E. Arnold Elementary School. DeSantis previously served as an elementary principal in the Westminster School District. Rena Gibbs, Ed.D., has been selected as the district’s new Coordinator of Assessment and Technology, following the retirement of Julie Gautreau. Gibbs previously served the district as principal at A.E. Arnold Elementary School.  
Centralia Elementary School District Superintendent Norma E. Martinez is pleased to announce several administrative changes in the district. Stacy Chang has been promoted from principal at Miller School to the position of Director of Parent and Student Engagement. In addition, the district welcomes two new principals: Vicki Wong, who is the new principal for Los Coyotes School, and Roy Lopez, Jr., new principal of Centralia School. Further, Principal Robyn Yarbrough is the new principal at Miller School and Tia Belt-Brown is the new Principal-on-Special-Assignment, working with the Education Services Department under the leadership of Kristine Cvar, who is completing her first year as Assistant Superintendent of Education Services. Also completing their first year in the district are Arvin Garcia, Director of Special Education, and Darrick Garcia, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. The district also welcomes three new members to the confidential team: Julissa Jacquez, serving as Administrative Assistant in Human Resources; Nancy Alvarado, serving as Administrative Assistant to Scott Martin in the Business and Administrative Office; and Danielle Amaya-Martinez, serving as the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent.
Ocean View School District of Orange County has welcomed Christina Luckey as the new principal of Hope View School replacing Paul Kraft who assumed the principalship at Star View School. Jadyn Grunbaum was promoted from assistant principal at Vista View to principal at Mesa View Middle School replacing Randy Lempert who became the principal at Spring View Middle School. Joining Ocean View at Spring View is Assistant Principal Cheri Daniels. Earlier this summer, Rasheedah Gates joined the Ocean View team as the principal of Vista View Middle and Julie Nichols, interim assistant principal at Spring View, was promoted to assistant principal at Vista View Middle School.  The Mt. Diablo Unified School District has formally announced the appointment of its new Superintendent of Schools, Robert Martinez. Martinez comes to MDUSD via the Fairfield and Suisun Unified School District where he served the communities of Fairfield-Suisun for 32 years, most recently as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. Martinez has served on the ACSA Board and currently serves on the Board of the California Association of Latino Superintendent and Administrators, and is looking forward to leading MDUSD.
Sheila Walters has transitioned to become principal of Millbrook Elementary School in the Evergreen School District. Salinas City Elementary School District welcomes Daisy Morales as Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, Dan Welch as Director of Bond Projects, Facilities, Maintenance and Operations, Brando Gorlero and Yen Do-Gorlero as District Nurses, Brendan Bloom-Sweeney as Program Specialist for Special Education, Rigoberto Rios as Vice Principal of Los Padres Elementary, and Matthew Harris as Vice Principal for both Laurel Wood and Boronda Meadows Elementary Schools. Transitioning into new positions are Katie Balesteri as Director of Special Education, Brian Hays as Administrator of Extended Learning, Susana Vargas as Principal of Loma Vista Elementary, Sherry Villaneda as Principal of Monterey Park Elementary, and Tonya Vossler as Vice Principal of Kammann Elementary.
